Description:
High Low is a reflective family game where everyone shares a high point and low point of a given period (typically a day).
Instructions:
Participants first agree on a period for which they will discuss. Participants then go in a circle each sharing their favorite part and their least favorite part of the given period, calling them there high and there low respectively.
