President

The objective of this game is to get rid of all your cards. Deal the 4 players a quarter of the deck. Traditionally the dealer starts first with any card. However, this will change after the first game and roles are determined. The next player must play the same card or a higher card. You may pass if you cannot play. This happens until no one can play. The last person to play gets to start first. Starts can consist of one to four of a kind. Out of turn anyone can complete the set and end play. They will then go first. 2s serve as wipes, the round ends and then the person who put a two down goes. You may not end with a two or else you automatically lose. The game is played until a 1st, 2nd 3rd, and 4th are determined.

Once the first round is played roles are determined, 1st is the president, 2nd the Vice President, 3rd is high scum, 4th is scum. President at the beginning of the round may ask for any two cards from the scum and Vice President may ask for one card from the high scum. Roles reset every round.
